Can I inflate the airbed without using the built-in air pump?

Yes, the airbed can be inflated using an external pump. On the market, Bestway has two versions of airbeds with built-in pumps:
- with the safety valve located near the built-in pump. In this case, you can use the safety valve to inflate the airbed with the external air pump.
- without a safety valve. This new version is applied on the model starting in 2017, and the safety valve is in the center of the knob of the built-in pump. The central hole can be connected to the external air pump to inflate the airbed without using the built-in pump following these procedures:
1. Position the knob in the inflation position
2. Connect the external air pump to the central hole of the knob and inflate the airbed
3. When you reach the correct pressure, rotate the knob to the stop position
How do I clear the connection data before connecting to a new device?

The device can only be connected to one mobile phone at a time. If you need to connect to another mobile phone, please press and hold the "inflation" and "deflation" buttons for 3 seconds. When the indicator light flashes slowly, the device will clear the connection information of the previous mobile phone.
How do I connect the product to my mobile phone?

Instructions for mobile phones with the Android Operating System: After the app download is complete, you will need to turn on location services in phone set up.
1. Open the app and press "Add Device”
2. Select "SLEEP CONTROL” or "SPA CONTROL" or "POOL CONTROL"
3. Select “Device is powered on” and confirm
4. Select the Wi-Fi name and input the Wi-Fi password and click “Next Step”
5. Wait until the connection is 100% complete
6. Select "Default”
7. Name your device and confirm (optional)
8. Push on the icon with the device name - you will go inside the “AIRBED SLEEP CONTROL” or "SPA CONTROL" or "POOL CONTROL" panel Instructions
Instructions for mobile phone with the IOS Operating System:
1. Open the app, and press "Add Device”
2. Select "SLEEP CONTROL” or "SPA CONTROL" or "POOL CONTROL"
3. Select “Device is powered on” and confirm
4. Select the Wi-Fi name and input the Wi-Fi password and click “Next Step”
5. Click "Change Wi-Fi"
6. Choose the device hotspot : BW-XXXXXX-XXXX(The name and the last 4 digits are different for different product)
7. Input the password: 123456789
8. Return to the app
9. Click “Join" on the pop-up window
10. Wait until the connection is 100% complete
11. Select "Default”
12. Name your device and confirm
13. Push on the icon with the device name you will go inside the “BESTWAY AIRBED SLEEP CONTROL” or "SPA CONTROL" or "POOL CONTROL" panel
How do I find the best place to put the product?

Check your mobile phone to see if there is full Wi-Fi signal. If the strength of the signal on your phone is too low, find where the strength of the Wi-Fi signal is stronger and position the pump there.

What can I do if the air pump's inflation port is not suitable to inflate the Bestway airbed?

After the Bestway app is installed on your phone, open it and register an account. If you already have an account, log in and follow the instructions.
What is the maximum distance the product can be away from the router?

The distance depends on the range of the router. Check the strength of the Wi-Fi signal using your mobile phone to find the best place for your products.
Why was the Wi-Fi setup not successful?

1. Check the Router is 2.4G (5G cannot work).
2. Check your phone model:
IOS: 14, 15, 16, and 17
Android: 11, 12, 13, and 14
3. Check the WiFi indicator light is flashing slowly after pressing for 3 seconds.
4. Check the Distance is within 2 meter and the phone signal is full during connecting.
Note: The signal will not be stable when the Router is connected to other devices. When doing Hot Tub WiFi connection, turn off other devices. After the Hot Tub connection, you can reconnect others.
5. Failed WiFi Connection if you haven’t used the Hot Tub for a long period of time, verify Step 1-4; If the WiFi connection still fails, it’s the product issue.

- without a safety valve. This new version is applied on the model starting in 2017, and the safety valve is integrated in the center of the knob of the built-in pump. Rotate the knob in deflation position and the air will flow out from the central hole of the knob.

Yes, the AlwayzAire pump has to be connected to the power source all night. The AlwayzAire is designed with a second pump that it will work over the night to keep the airbed at the same air pressure all night.

What is the "Sharing" function, and how does it work?

Through the "Device Sharing" command, you can share device control authority with other mobile phones that have separately registered an account.Note: 1) The sharing function only can be used when users are in the same country. 2) Only one person can scan the Shared QR code generated each time. If you want to share it with others, you need to generate a new Shared QR code each time. Each generated QR code will be valid for 15 minutes.

What types of products can I use to clean the flocked surface of my airbed?

To clean the flocked surface of the airbed, use a solution of mild soap and water.
After cleaning, store it in a cool and dry place.
Important: do not use chemical scouring powder, or any other harsh or abrasive chemicals. They could ruin your airbed.
IMPORTANT: When using an air blower to dry your product, keep a safe distance (at least 50 cm / 19 in.) to prevent damage caused by the hot air on the surface.
